Welcome to Maison Tsumiki. We are committed to providing a safe and professional experience for our clients. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
1. General Terms
1.1 Maison Tsumiki strives to deliver professional services using high-quality products and techniques.
1.2 All treatments are carried out by qualified stylists.
1.3 Clients must inform staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Maison Tsumiki cannot be held responsible for issues arising from undisclosed information.
2. Consultations and Risks
2.1 A consultation will be conducted before major treatments such as coloring, bleaching, perming, or straightening.
2.2 While we aim to achieve the desired results, outcomes may vary depending on hair condition and history.
2.3 Maison Tsumiki will not be liable for results impacted by prior treatments at other salons, home care mistakes, or pre-existing hair or scalp damage.
3. Refund and Compensation Policy
3.1 Refunds for completed services are not offered. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
• The issue is directly related to a specific part of the service provided.
• A doctor’s certificate or professional assessment is submitted confirming the issue was caused by our service.
3.2 Clients must notify the salon within 7 days of their appointment if they wish to raise a concern. Requests made beyond this period may not be accommodated.
4. Late Arrivals and Cancellations
4.1 Clients are required to arrive on time for their appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced service time or the need to reschedule.
4.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
4.3 Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.
5. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
5.1 Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while at the salon.
5.2 Maison Tsumiki is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the visit.
6. Aftercare
6.1 Aftercare instructions will be provided following treatments. Clients are expected to follow these instructions to maintain the results.
6.2 Maison Tsumiki cannot be held responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.
6.3 For delicate treatments like bleaching, we recommend using the appropriate professional hair care products to preserve hair health.
7. Photography and Social Media
7.1 The salon may take photographs of completed hairstyles and use them for marketing or social media purposes.
7.2 Clients will be asked for consent prior to any photography. If you do not wish to have your photos used, please notify our staff.
8. Product Purchases and Returns
8.1 Products purchased at Maison Tsumiki may be returned or exchanged if they are unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase.
8.2 Opened or used products, as well as issues arising from misuse, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
9. Health and Hygiene
9.1 We adhere to strict hygiene protocols, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized for each client.
9.2 For safety purposes, clients are expected to follow the instructions of our stylists during treatments.
10. Complaints
10.1 If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
10.2 Depending on the nature of the complaint, we may offer a follow-up appointment, adjustments, or partial compensation.
